We built the SaaS comparison site we always wanted
No paid placements. No mystery rankings. Just honest, side-by-side comparisons of the software your business actually needs — so you can decide fast and get back to work.
📌 What is StackCoast?
StackCoast is an independent SaaS comparison website. We publish in-depth, side-by-side comparisons of the most popular business software tools — covering verified pricing, real features, honest pros and cons, and clear "best for" guidance across dozens of categories.
We cover everything from project management and CRM to AI tools, accounting, HR software, e-commerce platforms, and more. Every comparison is researched independently and updated regularly to reflect current pricing and features.
👤 Who's behind StackCoast?
I built StackCoast because I kept running into the same problem — spending hours comparing SaaS tools only to find review sites full of vague ratings, outdated pricing, and rankings that clearly favoured whoever paid the most. StackCoast is my answer to that: a clean, honest, regularly updated comparison resource with no hidden agenda. Every page is researched independently, every price is verified directly from the vendor, and no tool pays to rank higher.
🔍 How we research every comparison
Every comparison on StackCoast follows the same research process — no shortcuts, no guesswork.
Official pricing verification
We visit each tool's official pricing page directly and record the current plans, prices, and what's included at each tier. We never rely on third-party sources for pricing data.
Feature analysis from official documentation
Features are verified from each tool's own website, help docs, and changelogs — not from aggregator sites or outdated reviews.
12-month TCO analysis
We calculate the total cost of ownership over 12 months — not just the headline monthly price. Add-on costs, tier jumps, and hidden fees are factored into every comparison.
Monthly update cycle
SaaS pricing changes constantly. Every comparison is reviewed and updated monthly to ensure pricing, features, and recommendations stay accurate.
No paid influence — ever
No tool pays to be included, ranked higher, or featured more prominently. Our "best for" guidance reflects genuine use-case fit, not commercial relationships.
⚡ Our principles
No paid rankings
Vendors cannot pay to rank higher or be featured more prominently. Ever.
Verified pricing
Every price is checked directly from the vendor's official website before publishing.
TCO analysis
We calculate 12-month total cost of ownership — not just the headline monthly price.
Updated monthly
SaaS pricing changes fast. We keep every comparison current with a monthly review cycle.
The anti-recommendation
If a popular tool is overpriced or has serious limitations, we say so. The "Watch Out For" section on every page is our most honest asset.
Balanced view
Every tool gets honest pros and cons. We highlight best-fit use cases rather than declaring overall winners.
Important: All content on StackCoast is for general informational purposes only. Pricing, features, and product details change frequently — always verify directly with the software vendor before making any purchasing decision. StackCoast accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on content published on this site.
💰 How we make money
StackCoast earns affiliate commissions when you click a link on our site and sign up for a paid plan. This costs you nothing extra — the vendor pays the commission, not you. Our editorial decisions are never influenced by affiliate relationships. Rankings, verdicts, and "best for" guidance are determined entirely by research, not by commercial arrangements.
